NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ROSS TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th day of July, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on to hear the application for a variance of Thomas and Barbara Nedo/Fuelin’ Fine Auto Sales. The property is located at 397 Route 115, Saylorsburg, Pa, 18353, and bears tax parcel 5/2/1/10. The property is located in a VC zoning district. Applicant seeks a Use Variance for the purpose of being able to do repairs on vehicles and also offer U-Haul rental vehicles. This property was previously granted a Use Variance to allow for auto sales as the primary use by decision of the Zoning Hearing Board dated August 23, 2018. Vehicle and equipment rental, repair and sales operations are not permitted in a VC zoning district. Any interested party may examine the plans and applications for Applicant’s variance request during the regular business hours at the Ross Township Municipal building.
