As a result, a writ of execution has been issued in the amount of $210,593.14. NOTICE OF OWNER’S RIGHTS YOU MAY BE ABLE TO PREVENT THIS SHERIFF’S SALE To prevent this Sheriff’s sale you must take immediate action: 1.
