PUBLIC NOTICE NEPA MPO Committee 2024-2025 Meeting Schedule In accordance with the provisions of the Sunshine Law and federal transportation legislation, notice is hereby given that the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance Me-tropolitan Planning Organization (NEPA MPO) will hold meetings on the below dates. The NEPA MPO Committees review the area’s Transportation Im-provement Program (TIP), which is the primary funding source for the counties’ highway and bridge projects, and transit system improvements. Through the TIP, transportation projects are identified and advanced to provide for the restoration and development of an intermodal transportation infrastructure, which supports economic development by creating a safer and more efficient travel environment for the movement of people and goods.
