NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-EN that the Hamilton Township Zoning Hearing Board, (the “Board”), will hold an Executive Session at the Hamilton Township Municipal Building located at 229 Fenner Avenue, Sciota, Pa 18354 commencing at 2:30 p.m., prevailing time, on June 24, 2024, for the sole purpose of deliberating the consolidated Appeals of You-suf Ghafoori (the “Appellant”) from: (1) the Hamilton Township Zoning Officer’s denial of Appellant’s Application for Certificate of Non-Conformance for a short-term rental use of pro-perty located at 2525 Route 209, Sciota, Pennsylvania 18354 in Zoning District C and bearing Tax Property Identification No. 07.13.1.38-2 prior to the enactment of the Hamilton Township’s Short Term Rental Ordinance and (2) the Notice of Violation issued by the Township Zo-ning Officer. A copy of the Appellant’s Application and the full text of the Ordinance and the complete copy of the Zoning Map are available for public inspection prior to the date of the hearing which inspection may occur at the Hamilton Township Municipal Building between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., prevailing time, Monday through Friday on business days which are not federal or state public holidays. The Executive Session shall not be open to the public and is restricted solely to the Zo-ning Hearing Board and its Solicitor. The Board will not render a written decision on the consolidated Appeals at the June 24, 2024 Executive Session. The Board will ren-der its written decision on the consolidated Appeals at the Board’s July 9, 2024 meeting.
