PUBLIC NOTICE NEPA MPO Committee 2025-2026 Meeting Schedule In accordance with the provisions of the Sunshine Law and federal transportation legislation, notice is hereby given that the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance Metropolitan Planning Organization (NEPA MPO) will hold meetings on the below dates. Meetings will be held at the NEPA Alliance Office located at 1151 Oak Street, Pittston, PA 18640 unless noted otherwise. The meetings will also be available via phone and video conference. The NEPA MPO Committees review the area’s Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), which is the primary funding source for the counties’ highway and bridge projects, and transit system improvements. Through the TIP, transportation projects are identified and advanced to provide for the restoration and development of an intermodal transportation infrastructure, which supports economic development by creating a safer and more efficient travel environment for the movement of people and goods.
