PA 18360. Applicant seeks special exception hearing and approval for site alteration-grading (with cut or fill areas more than 3 ft. deep or more than half acre) per Stroud Township Zoning Or-dinance §27-1105. The property consists of two adjoining parcels, both zoned R-2 low-medium density residential single-family. The principal use is an existing single-family dwelling and de-tached accessory garage.
