PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GI-VEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Stroud Township will conduct a Pub-lic Hearing at the Stroud Township Municipal Building, 1211 North Fifth Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 6:30 pm to consider the following: ZHB #24-03 Application of Neil Costa of 1002 Constitutional Drive, Stroudsburg. PA 18360. Applicant seeks special exception hearing and approval for site alteration-grading (with cut or fill areas more than 3 ft. deep or more than half acre) per Stroud Township Zoning Or-dinance ยง27-1105. The property consists of two adjoining parcels, both zoned R-2 low-medium density residential single-family. The principal use is an existing single-family dwelling and de-tached accessory garage. Stroud Township Parcel Identification Nos. 17639104836913 and 17639104834917. Any interested party may examine the plans and applications for these appeals during the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Stroud Township Municipal Building on business days.
