Bids & ProposalsBids & ProposalsINVITATION TO BID The Brodhead Creek Regional Authority will receive sealed bids online for the following items: 1. “Well 3 Water Filtration Facility Sludge Removal” – removal and proper disposal of sludge from Authority’s Well 3 Water Filtration Facility Waste Tank. 2. “Water Treatment Plant Sludge Removal” – removal and proper disposal of sludge from Authority’s Water Treatment Plant Basins. 3. “Water Treatment Plant Chemicals” – purchase of bulk chemicals used at the water treatment plant including Soda Ash, Sodium Hypochlorite, & Delpac 20/20 (Aluminum Chloride Hydroxide Sulfate). 4. “Road Patching Materials” – purchase of Penn DOT 2A Stone Materials. Bids are to be submitted online via the PennBid™ Program before March 13th, 2024 at 2:00PM. Bid security in the form of money orders, bid bonds, certified checks or cashier’s checks for the amount of 10% of the total bid is required.
