Gower and Amber Gower of 610 Gilbert Road, Gilbert, PA 18331. Appellant appeals the Zoning Officer’s February 21, 2024 Enforcement Notice alleging Appellants opened and are operating a business without obtaining the zoning permits required by Chapter 119, Section 3 and Section 7 of the Chestnuthill Township Zoning Code. The property is identified as Monroe County Parcel Identification No. (PIN) 02623800808901 and is located in the GC General Commercial Zoning District. Any interested party may examine the plans and applications for these appeals during the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building on business days.
