NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ROSS TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wednesday, June 18th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearings on three (3) appeals of BVA, LLC from three (3) enforcement notices dated April 28, 2025 pertaining to property located at 2210 and 2200 Kunkletown Road, Ross Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, said property being more particularly described in a certain deed dated June 17, 2024 and recorded July 1, 2024 at Deed Book Volume 2652 page 5499. The enforcement notices allege that a new dwelling unit was established without obtaining a zone permit or certificate of use and occupancy in violation of Zoning Ordinance 103 A.2.a and 103 A.3.a; That a new use was established (two family dwelling) on the property without first obtaining a zoning permit and certificate of use and occupancy permit in violation of Zoning Ordinance 103 A.2.a abd 103 A.3.a; That construction activities on the property were commenced without obtaining a zoning permit and without obtaining a certificate of use and occupancy from the Zoning Office, in violation of the Ross Township Zoning Ordinance 103 A.2.a and 103 A.3.a. Any interested party may examine the plans and applications for Applicant’s variance request during the regular business hours at the Ross Township Municipal building.
