PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Coolbaugh Township will conduct a public hearing on Monday June 9, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal building located at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township, Pennsylvania, 18466. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a variance from Section 400-116 of the Zoning Code to permit the placement of an electronic message sign in the Woodland Conservation (WC) Zoning District. The Application was submitted by the Coolbaugh Township Volunteer Fire Co., the owner of the subject property. The address of the property is 8111 Wildflower Drive, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania tax parcel ID No. 03.7A.1.123-2, Tax Map No. 03635704749812.
