NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Pocono Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 beginning at 5:00 P.M. at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 112 Township Drive, Tannersville, PA 18372. At the hearing, the Board will consider Brooklyn Fireworks, LLC’s appeal from the Zoning Officer’s March 7, 2025 enforcement notice, which alleges that storage containers have been placed on the subject property without first obtaining a zoning permit in violation of Sections 470-6 and 470-121 of the Pocono Township Zoning Ordinance. The subject property is located at 2865 Route 611 in Pocono Township, Monroe County, PA, in the Commercial (C) zoning district. The subject property is further identified as Monroe County Parcel ID No. 12.8.1.31 and Map No. 12-6372-01-47-3360. Appellant is under contract to purchase the subject property from its owners of record, John and Angela Diele. The complete application is available for inspection (without charge) or copying (for actual copying costs) at the Township’s office at the address listed above from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Anyone may attend the hearing and those who are affected and have legal standing may participate in the proceedings.
