Notice of Intent to Remediate and Final Report Submission Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that EnviroSure Inc., on behalf of SMJ&J, Inc. dba Liberty Discount Fuel has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Revised Notice of Intent to Remediate and a Final Report for a Site located at 235 Pokona Avenue, Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. This Notice of Intent to Remediate states that the Site is a residential property. The Site had been found to be impacted with Fuel Oil No. 2. Soil quality had exhibited petroleum hydrocarbon constituents above the PADEP residential standards. EnviroSure, Inc. has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with the Statewide Health Standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
