ZONING HEARING NOTICE DELTA BOROUGH TAKE NOTICE: A hearing will be held before the Delta Borough Zoning Hearing Board on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Delta-Cardiff Fire Company meeting room, located at 500 Main Street, Delta, PA 17314. Thepurpose of this hearing is to consider a Special Exception application filed by Rick Myers for property owned by RDM Rental Properties, LLC, located at 513-517 Main Street, Delta, PA 17314. The applicant seeks approval to construct: - Four 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartments on the second floor of the building - A meeting hall in the basement - A children's play area on the first floor This project is proposed within the Village Center Zone of an existing building.
