Sealed bids for the following Roadway Repairs and Maintenance will be received by the Secretary of the Board of Directors; Saw Creek Estates Community Association, Inc. at the Member Services Building, 5728 Decker Road, Bushkill, PA 18324, until 2:00 P.M. on June 14th, 2024. Project Description: Roadway Paving, Repairs, and Drainage. Bidders are required to examine plans and specifications when applicable and perform an inspection of the premises and existing conditions prior to submitting a bid. Work must comply with all applicable codes and standards.
