NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Jackson Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2024, beginning at 3:00 P.M., at the Jackson Township Municipal Building, 2162 Route 715, Reeders, Pennsylvania 18352. The purpose of the hearing is to consider New Day Storage, LLC’s conditional use application. The application requests approval under § 27-1005.1.J(3) of the Jackson Township Zoning Ordinance, which authorizes the Board of Supervisors to allow, as a conditional use, parking areas with low or seasonal usage to be maintained in stone, grass or other suitable surfaces. The application relates to Applicant’s 1.35-acre property located at 2234 Route 715, in Jackson Township, Monroe County, PA, in the Commercial (C) zoning district. The property is further identified as Parcel ID # 08.4.1.43 (Map # 08-6362-04-60-8935).
