PUBLIC NOTICE OF MONROE COUNTY HOSPITAL AUTHORITY SPECIAL BOARD MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Monroe County Hospital Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a special meeting on April 17, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. in Room 201 of the Monroe County Administrative Building, One Quaker Plaza, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360 for the purposes of: (i) reorganizing the Board of Directors; (ii) reviewing and potentially accepting the financial audit of the Authority; (iii) consideration of a Bond Issue for the benefit of Lehigh Valley Health Network; (iv) consideration of a proposed Fee Schedule; and (v) such other business as may come before the Board of Directors. The Board may, in its discretion, take action on the foregoing matters. The public is invited to attend in person. The Board of the Authority does not meet on a regular schedule.
