NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE, that the Utility Dispute Committee, of the Brodhead Creek Regional Authority (BCRA), will hold a public hearing to address the appeal of Pocono Om Sai Ram, LLC of the Ten Day Notice of Termination issued to Pocono Om Sai Ram, LLC, on February 9, 2024, in relation to premises located at 1220 W. Main Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, for violations of BCRA Rules and Regulations pertaining to bypassing of the water meter, Sections 4.1 and 5.1(5); willful waste of water, Section 5.1.(3); and unpaid bills, Section 2.4(D). The hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the Brodhead Creek Regional Authority, 410 Mill Creek Road, East Stroudsburg, PA. The hearing is open to the public. All interested parties are welcome to attend. Copies of the Ten Day Notice of Termination and Pocono Om Sai Ram, LLC’s verified response, dated February 16, 2024, may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the actual cost of reproduction thereof at the Brodhead Creek Regional Authority at the above address, during regular business hours.
