Pocono Record Notice of Final Report for Statewide Health Standard (Sections 302(e)(2), 303(h)(2)) Notice is hereby given that Brenda D. Rosado has submitted a final report to the Department of Environmental Protection, Northeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the Statewide health standard for soil and groundwater for a site located at 2772 PA-903, Albrightsville, PA. Brenda D. Rosado has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with Statewide health standards established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2. March 27 2025 LSOM0266007
