LEGAL NOTICE WRIT OF SCIRE FACIAS THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA TO: ALBERT KOHLER WHEREAS, the Middle Smithfield Township consolidated its claims against Albert Kohler in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County through an Order is-sued on December 12, 2024, for the sum of $21,071.45 for failure to pay for sewer ser-vices, against the following property situate in 7 Hilltop Circle; East Stroudsburg, Monroe County PA 18302, owned or reputed to be owned by Albert Kohler. AND WHEREAS, the claim is still due and unpaid, and remains a lien against the said property; NOW, Albert Kohler is notified to file his Affidavit of Defense to said claim, if defense he has thereto, in the Monroe County Prothonotary Office by April 26, 2025. If no Affidavit of Defense be filed within said time, Judgment may be entered against Albert Kohler for the whole claim, and the property de-scribed in the claim may be sold to recover the amount thereof.
