IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF MONROE COUNTY CIVIL ACTION – LAW No. 6051-CV-2024 NBT BANK, N.A., Plaintiff v. DORIS PARDO, Defendant NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to Defendant, Doris Pardo (“Defendant”), that on or about September 11, 2024, Plaintiff, NBT Bank, N.A. (“Plaintiff”), filed a Praecipe for Writ of Revival (the “Praecipe”) against you in the above-captioned case (the “Action”). Subsequently, also on September 11, 2024, Monroe County Prothonotary’s Office issued a Writ of Revival (the “Writ”). The Action involves certain monies owed to Plaintiff by Defendant in connection with a loan made by Plaintiff to Defendant as defined in the Complaint filed in this Action. On February 4, 2025, the Court ordered that service of the Writ and all future legal documents to be filed in this matter be served upon Defendant by publication. If you wish to respond, you must take action within twenty (20) days after this Writ is served by entering a written appearance personally or by attorney and filing your response in writing with the court. You are warned that if you fail to do so the case may proceed without you and a judgment may be entered against you without further notice for the relief requested by the Plaintiff.
