Invitation to Bid The Borough of Stroudsburg will receive sealed bids at the Borough Building, 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360, until 5:00 pm prevailing time on April 1st, 2024, for trenchless repair/slip lining of the Stormwater Line on Ann Street in downtown Stroudsburg, between 5th and 8th Streets. A public bid opening will be held on Tuesday, April 2nd, at 7:00 pm, during the Borough’s regularly scheduled Council Meeting. Specifications and Bid Packet for the above items can be obtained at the Borough Office, at 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Specifications and Bid Packets may be obtained electronically, at no cost, by sending an email to the Borough Manager, Larry Kopp, at lkopp@stroudsburgboro.com. The Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed by all bidders, to refuse and reject any and all bids submitted, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is deemed most favorable to the Borough, at the time and under the circumstances stipulated. The Borough also reserves its right to waive any informality in a bid, and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid, at its sole discretion.
