Milford Borough Request for Proposals (RFP) for Garbage Collection Services Milford Borough, Pike County, is requesting proposals from qualified waste management companies to provide garbage collection and recycling services for borough residents and a few commercial properties. The borough will be entering into a contract for the provision of these services, with an anticipated start date of June 1st, 2025. The successful bidder will be responsible for all labor, equipment, and resources necessary to collect, transport, and dispose of waste and possibly recyclables in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Borough anticipates the need for collection from approximately 400 residential households and commercial properties. Deadline: Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope by Friday May 2, 2025, at 4:30 PM in order to be opened and evaluated at our next public meeting.
