Invitation To Bid: Additions & Improvements to The Salvation Army East Stroudsburg Corps 226 Washington Street East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 Project: The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Additions & Renovations to the existing East Stroudsburg Corps building, to be bid and constructed as follows: (1.) Sewer Line Replacement (including sewer line cleaning, concrete slab demolition and subsequent replacement, sewer line replacement, repair of finishes, and New Lower Level Toilet Rooms, including new concrete slab work, demolition, toilet / lavatory fixtures and plumbing rough-ins, new interior CMU partitions including doors, interior finishes including painting, flooring and ACP ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, electric and lighting. Toilet Room facilities shall be returned into service in the shortest reasonable timeframe. (2.) Two-story elevator addition, including new exterior masonry veneer walls, EPDM roof, exterior aluminum storefront door and windows, interior CMU partitions (including doors), interior finishes including painting, flooring and ACP ceilings, power, lighting, heating, Note: Elevator equipment and installation is by Owner's separate contract, to be installed in conjunction with this project. (3.) Exterior walk-in cooler addition, accessed by a new exterior door, (4.) Gymnasium improvements including new HVAC (including electric and gas) connections, new flooring and painting.
