During 2025 the following meetings will be held at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal Center, at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania: The Coolbaugh Township Planning Commission will meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm with the exception of the November 11, 2025 meeting which will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 due to the holiday. The Coolbaugh Township Parks and Recreation Commission will meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. with the exception of the October 28, 2025 meeting which will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 due to preparation of the Ghoulbaugh Event and December when their meeting is canceled due to the holiday. The Coolbaugh Township Environmental Advisory Council will meet on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. with the exception of December when their meeting is canceled due to the holiday. The Coolbaugh Township Zoning Hearing Board will schedule hearings as needed throughout the year, which will be held on Wednesdays.
