NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE that the Jackson Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the Jackson Township Municipal Building, 2162 Route 715, Reeders, PA 18352, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, beginning at 4:00 P.M. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the appeal of SPSTR 1, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (Appellant), from the Notice of Permit Revocation issued on December 23, 2024. The Notice revoked Appellant’s short-term rental permit bas-ed on 3 uncured or repeated violations of Chapter 13, Part 3 (Short-Term Rental Units) of the Jackson Township Code of Ordinances in the last year. Appellant’s property is located at 2578 Pine Mountain Road in Jackson Township, Monroe County, PA, and is further identified as Monroe County Parcel # 08.2.4.19 and Map # 08-6360-04-61-5342. The complete appeal application is available for inspection (without charge) or copying (for actual copying costs) at the Township’s office at the address listed above from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with Pennsylvania’s Local Agency Law, 2 Pa. C.S.A. §§ 551-555 and § 13-316 of the Jackson Township Code. Anyone may attend the hearing and those who are affected and have legal standing may participate in the proceedings.
