NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Pocono Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, beginning at 5:00 P.M. at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 112 Township Drive, Tannersville, PA 18372, to consider the appeal of Boris Kudryavsky from the Zoning Officer’s Enforcement Notice dated December 5, 2024. That Enforcement Notice alleged that the Appellant violated the following provisions of the Pocono Township Zoning Ordinance: (1) § 470-121 by establishing a transient dwelling use on the subject property without first obtaining a Zoning Permit; (2) § 470-122 by using and occupying the subject property as a transient dwelling without first obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy; and (3) § 470-17 and Attachment 1 by establishing a new use, and/or changing the use of the subject property, to a use that is not permitted in the Low Density Residential (R-1) zoning district. Boris Kudryavsky owns the subject property, which is located at 1231 Sky View Drive in Pocono Township, Monroe County, PA, in the Low Density Residential (R-1) zoning district. The sub-ject property is further identified as Monroe County Par-cel ID No. 12.16.1.25-20 and Map No. 12-6353-00-48-7237. The public and all interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and to present any relevant evidence in connection with the matter.
