Borough of Stroudsburg Waste Collection, Transportation and Disposal Services at Borough Facilities Advertisement for Bids NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Stroudsburg at their offices at 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg, PA, until 5:00 pm, prevailing time on Friday, February 14th, 2025 for: Waste Collection, Transportation and Disposal Services at Borough Facilities in the Borough of Stroudsburg Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Borough of Stroudsburg’s Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025, 7:00 pm. Contract is for all Borough Facilities and public waste receptacles within the Borough. Contract is to commence April 1st, 2025. Contractor will provide own equipment and supplies. Contractors may obtain a set of bid documents by email in PDF format from the Borough Manager at lkopp@stroudsburgboro.com or in-person at the Borough Office, 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm workdays. Questions may be directed by email or by calling the Borough Office at 570-421-5444. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Borough of Stroudsburg herby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted when in the Borough’s best interest to so refuse and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received that does not create a competitive advantage over other bidders.
