NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TAKE NOTICE that the Stroud Township Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings on Thursday, Fe-bruary 6, 2025, beginning at 3:00 P.M., at the Stroud Township Municipal Center, 1211 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360. The purpose of the hearings is to consider the following applications for a waiver or modification from the riparian buffer regulations found at § 23-303 of the Stroud Township Stormwater Ordinance: (1) The application of Wai S. Lau concerning the 0.31 acre property that is located at 3452 Crestwood Drive, in Stroud Township, Monroe County, PA. This property is further identified as Parcel # 17.15A.2.189 and Map # 17-6392-02-57-2102 and is owned by Siu Y. Lai and Wai S. Lau. (2) The application of Matt and Tara Bauman concerning the 0.21 acre parcel located at 280 Tanite Road and the 0.48 acre parcel lo-cated along Tanite Road, both of which are in Stroud Township, Monroe County, PA. These parcels are fur-ther identified, respectively, as Parcel ID # 17.110211 (Map # 17-6390-01-48-0388) and Parcel ID # 17.11.1.1-2 (Map # 17-6390-01-48-2308), and are owned by Matt and Tara Bauman.
