PUBLIC NOTICE SEALED PROPOSALS WILL BE RECEIVED by the Lehman Township Board of Supervisors of Pike County, PA, 2nd Class, at the Lehman Township Municipal Building, 193 Municipal Drive, Bushkill, PA until 9:30 a.m., on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 for the following: 1. 10,000 gallons of LPG Propane The amount is an estimate. Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount within twenty (20) days from the date it is awarded. LPG Propane to be delivered as needed. Bids will be opened and read approximately 10:00 a.m. on January 21, 2025 at a regular board meeting in the municipal building. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Lehman Township Board of Supervisors 2nd Class Robert H.
