LONG POND, Pa. (June 7, 2024) – Pocono Raceway is bringing the races to Crayola Experience for a colorful, race-themed takeover June 10-16 to celebrate its upcoming NASCAR weekend.
To kick off the week-long festivities of on-the-track creativity, Pocono Raceway’s 2024 Chevrolet Silverado Pace Truck and mascot “Tricky” will be at the Easton-based family attraction Monday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The day will be highlighted by a special guest appearance from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. by professional racing driver Sage Karam, an Easton, Pa., native who has competed in INDYCAR, NASCAR, IMSA and Rallycross during his career. Stop by the official Pocono pace truck parked on Centre Square at the Crayola Experience front entrance and then head inside the attraction for a meet & greet with Karam.
Crayola Experience will be packed with colorful pit stop activities all week to fuel kids’ creativity, including molding a race car crayon, painting a racing pennant, crafting a race car, starring in a racing-themed coloring page, designing the ultimate race car, and snapping a photo at the racing-themed photo op.
Pocono Raceway will have activities and giveaways throughout the week, including a second appearance by “Tricky” and the pace truck on Saturday, June 15, from 12-3 p.m.
As a bonus, the first 200 guests to visit Crayola Experience each day will receive a free NASCAR race ticket to Pocono Raceway’s Lehigh Valley Children’s Hospital Kid’s Day on Saturday, July 13. The attraction also will host a daily giveaway for a ‘Tricky Track Pack’ at the Pocono Raceway display that consists of four tickets, four hot dogs, and four soft drinks for The Great American Getaway 400 Presented by VISITPA NASCAR Cup Series race at Pocono Raceway on Sunday, July 14.

Pocono Raceway is preparing for NASCAR’s return this season with a July 12-14 weekend featuring all three national series.
