Road improvement projects, waterline extension projects and natural gas line extensions are highlighted in the PMEDC Annual Report, which can be downloaded here: 2023 PMEDC Annual Report

Gary Olson, Chairman of the Board, also made opening remarks and highlighted the ranking of the East Stroudsburg MSA (which is Monroe County) in the top ten for projects across the county in communities of less than 200,000 population.

“This is remarkable for our community to be recognized nationally.  People sometimes say there is not much development here but this proves that is not true.  We should be very proud of our success,”  Mr. Olson stated.
