As homeowners in Penn Estates, PA, we are deeply frustrated and dissatisfied with our current community manager Phyllis Haase. We deserve better. We need a leader who has our best interests at heart, not one who rules like a dictator. The constant rule changes without proper notification have been unprofessional and disruptive to our peaceful living.
We are tired of being cited for violations without even receiving a warning first. This approach is not only unfair but also creates an environment of fear and mistrust within our community. Furthermore, it seems that the management's primary focus has shifted from serving us to making money off us.
The time for change is now! With our annual meeting coming up in May, we cannot afford to let this issue slide any further. We must act swiftly to ensure that we have a community manager who respects us and works towards improving the quality of life in Penn Estates.
