As of Wednesday, according to the Stroudsburg Area School, it's also where a staff member is accused of taping some students' mouths.
"I read the letter and I was like you got to be kidding me," voiced Darren Frable.

Darren Frable has nine children enrolled in the Stroudsburg Area School District.
Two of his kids attend Hamilton Elementary.
Frable is talking about this letter that was sent out by the school's principal on Thursday.
It reads in part, "I am writing to inform you of an incident that occurred during the 1st grade lunch period on Wednesday, April 9th."
Principal Mark Getz says it was brought to his attention some students were observed to have blue painter's tape on their mouths placed there by a staff member during lunch Wednesday.
"What if that kid has asthma and you stuck that piece of tape across their mouth and they panicked and they started having an asthma attack or something or that kid was chewing on a piece of food and they started choking," explained Frable.
"I was just shocked. It came from the elementary school I had once loved and had been in so I was taken a back on how that had happened," added Zander Staples, Stroudsburg, Stroudsburg Junior High School.
Zander is one of Frable's children.
He's in the ninth grade at Stroudsburg Junior High School.
What led to the taping is unclear but Principal Getz says he's conducting a thorough investigation and that he wants to assure this matter is treated with the utmost seriousness and urgency.
"It's one thing to teach stranger danger and all that jazz, but it's a whole 'nother ball game when you go to school just so you know a person there can't do this," said Frable.
The letter sparked conversation in frable's household.
He feels children's vulnerability should never be tested.
"A lot of kids won't know the line between are they joking with me or was this mean to me," said Frable.
"That should never have happened since you should have people to trust," voiced Staples.
Principal Getz says no students were injured and that the safety and well-being of them is a top priority.
The Stroudsburg School District Superintendent says the staff member has been suspended with pay pending the investigation.
