After your ballot arrives in the mail, take the following steps:
Step 1: Open your envelope and unpack the contents;
Step 2: Fill out your ballot completely (completely fill in the circles);
Step 3: Place your ballot in the secrecy envelope (marked "Official Election Ballot");
Step 4: Seal the secrecy envelope and place it in the return envelope;
Step 5: Seal the return envelope;
Step 6: Sign and date the return envelope (use the date your signing).
You can either mail the ballot in enough time to make it to Monroe County Voter Registration by 8pm on election night or alternatively, you can drop it off at any drop box prior to 8pm on election night. Drop box locations are below:
