Man dies after crashing into tractor-trailer on slippery roads

TOBYHANNA TWP., MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police say a man died after he lost control of his vehicle and struck a tractor-trailer due to hazardous road conditions.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, on November 22, around 8:30 a.m.,. troopers were called to Interstate 80 in Tobyhanna Township for a vehicle collision with a tractor-trailer.

Police say the driver, Vladimir Kevereski, 58, of New Jersey, lost control due to hazardous/slippery road conditions and spun out causing the tractor-trailer to t-bone the vehicle.

Kevereski was pronounced dead on the scene and three passengers in the car suffered serious injuries.
