Kistler's Mill was established by Stephen Kistler in the mid-1800s along Pocono Creek in Tannersville. He and his sons operated the gristmill alongside their many other businesses, including a tannery, store, blacksmith shop, and butcher shop. The mill was eventually torn down for construction of the Pocono Township Consolidated School in 1924. Located at Routes 611 and 715, the property is now home to the township's TLC Park.
