Attempting to Identify Fraud SuspectDetails Map The Pocono Township Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the pictured male. On January 3rd at approximately 1:40pm, the pictured male entered First National Bank in Tannersville and attempted to cash a fraudulent personal check. The male also provided a fake Pennsylvania Driver's License belonging to an elderly male. When the bank employee realized the documents were fraudulent and began to question the male, he fled the bank and travelled southbound on PA route 611 on a bicycle. Officers canvassed the area but were unable to locate the male.
