REMINDER TO ALL ABOUT CRYSTAL ST BECOMING A ONE WAY STREET. On June 27, 2024, Crystal St in East Stroudsburg Boro will become a one-way street. The one-way will only be from Analomink St to Washington St. The portion of Crystal St from Washington St to Ridgeway St will remain a 2-way street. At 7 am on 6/27/2024, East Stroudsburg Boro will completely close Crystal St from Analomink to Washington while they prepare the roadway for the changeover. A new travel lane will be painted on Crystal St for motorists to follow when traveling through this portion of Crystal St. The approximate opening of the street is planned for 8am. At this point the direction of travel for the one-way street will be from Analomink to Washington St. The parking spaces on the railroad side of the tracks will be closed off temporarily until the parking spaces can be re-lined for parking. There will be no loss of any parking spaces, and none will be gained. They will be re-lined to accommodate the one-way direction. Double parking will remain illegal on Crystal St and will be enforced accordingly. Officers will also be present to remind motorists to abide by the new one-way direction.
