Update 11/22/24: Both individuals have been identified and charged in regard to the theft of mislaid property at Old Navy Outlet on October 10, 2024. Jessica Williamson a 44-year-old female from Pocono Summit, PA. and Steven Villalta a 33-year-old male from Great Meadow's, New York have both been charged after conspiring to commit theft of mislaid property. The two then proceeded to return the stolen items to the Nike Outlet and use the funds to purchase other items. Charges have been filed on both for Conspiracy to commit theft of mislaid property and receiving stolen property.

Original Post: The Pocono Township Police Department is investigating a theft that occurred on October 10, 2024 at approximately 1240 hours at the Old Navy Outlet in the Pocono Premium Outlets. The victim in the theft placed her bag on the ground while shopping and the bag was picked up by the pictured female. The female then left the store with the pictured male while pushing a stroller.
