Access Device FraudDetails Map On October 25, 2024 at approximately 9:40AM, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department was dispatched to Walmart, located in the Borough of East Stroudsburg, for a located skimmer device. After speaking with Loss Prevention at Walmart, it was learned a white male came into the store on October 24 at approximately 11:00AM and placed a skimming device on one of the cash registers to obtain customer's credit/debit card information.
The Stroud Area Regional Police Department is seeking the public's assistance with identifying the male suspect depicted in the attached image. Anybody with information on the identity of this suspect are asked to "Submit a tip". All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer.
ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW. THERE ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS OF A CRIME.
