This car is stopping at homes, a person with 2 phones is taking pictures with the one phone and leaving the other phone on the porch. Call the state police, do not answer phone or take inside your home. This is a new scam according to the police. When the people come back to get the phone they left, they are casing your home and will force their way into your home to rob it.
