ARRESTDetails MapOn March 1, 2025, at approximately 1423 hours, the Pocono Township Police Department responded to a report of a retail theft at Sheetz in Swiftwater. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the suspect had left behind his debit card at the ATM and stole an unknown amount of beer. Through further investigation, Officers were able to locate the suspect, identified as Rafael Trinidad, at the Casino Motel. Trinidad was taken into custody and subsequently charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Trinidad was booked into the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
