ARRESTDetails MapOn February 13, 2025, at 11:52 PM, a Pocono Township Police Officer noticed a vehicle traveling on Route 611 with a malfunctioning headlight. After initiating a traffic stop, the officer made contact with the driver, 39-year-old Jaleel Shell of Mount Vernon, NY. Further investigation revealed that Shell was impaired and unfit to operate a vehicle safely. A subsequent toxicology report confirmed that Shell was under the influence of THC and alcohol at the time of the stop. As a result, DUI charges were filed.
