On March 14th, 2025 at approximately 9:20pm. Officers with The Pocono Township Police Department responded to Camelback Lodge for a report of a physical altercation. After an investigation it was discovered that Michael Roach, a 32 year old man from Brooklyn New York, physically assaulted two members of Camelback Security staff who had been trying to break up a family argument. Roach injured the two, punching one in the head and biting the other on the hand. 

Charges have been filed on Roach for simple assault (2 counts), disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors, and summary charges for harassment (2 counts) and public drunkenness.
