On February 19, 2025, at approximately 1345 hours, Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a sedan for speeding on Shine Hill Rd. Officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle, 21-year-old Steven Ramos of East Stroudsburg. Throughout the traffic stop investigation, marijuana and related drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. Charges were filed against Ramos in relation to the marijuana and related drug paraphernalia and traffic offenses.
