On 01/25/2024 at 8:58 p.m. Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to 6 Taylor Street in East Stroudsburg for a report of a 9-1-1 hangup that was then reported as a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival contact was made with both parties, one identified at Eric Quinones. The domestic was determined to be a continuation of an earlier incident and had been verbal only.
A check on Quinones in the records system showed that he had an active warrant and was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
Quinones was found to have been trespassed from the Housing Authority of Monroe County properties. Charges of Defiant Trespass were filed against Quinones.
On 2/21/2024 at 10:22 p.m. Stroud Area Regional Police were again dispatched to Taylor Street in East Stroudsburg for a domestic disturbance. The victim related that Eric Quinones was arguing with her. It was found that Quinones was in the residence in the shower. Quinones is on the Defiant Trespassers list from Monroe County Housing Authority. Quinones was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for processing.
