ARRESTDetails MapOn March 16, 2025 at 1059 hours, Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to the Onvo parking lot in Tannersville for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with 27 year old Richard Pico Bano of Easton. Pico Bano reversed into another vehicle in the parking lot. Through investigations, Pico Bano was found to be under the influence of alcohol and unsafe to drive a motor vehicle. Pico Bano was subsequently arrested and taken to the Monroe County DUI Center. Charges have been filed.
