Presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. ARRESTDetails MapDrug Bust Yields Significant Narcotics Seizure and Firearm
On March 8, 2025, the Pocono Township Police Department, in collaboration with the Monroe County Drug Task Force, conducted an operation in the area of Ramble Bush Rd and Frantz Rd. During the operation, officers initiated a traffic stop on a black Mercedes SUV for an equipment violation. The driver, a 30-year-old male from East Stroudsburg, was identified as David Petit-Homme.
Upon investigation, it was determined that Petit-Homme was en route to conduct a narcotic transaction. A search of the vehicle revealed that he was in possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana, as well as a loaded firearm that he was not licensed to carry. Further investigation led to the seizure of over 7 ounces of methamphetamine, a half-pound of marijuana, and 6 grams of cocaine.
David Petit-Homme was taken into custody and arraigned on charges for Possession with Intent to Deliver (PWI), weapons violations, and related drug violations. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The Pocono Township Police Department is committed to combating drug-related crimes and ensuring the safety of our community. We appreciate the public's cooperation and encourage anyone with information about illegal activities to contact us.
