On December 26, 2024, at approximately 1650 hours, Pocono Township Police responded to a complaint at the Ugg store in the Crossings Outlets. A 42-year-old female, Katerine Palacios, alleged that an employee had pushed her out of the store. Upon reviewing the security footage, investigators found that Palacios was the aggressor in the incident, and the employee did not push her as claimed. The investigation revealed that the situation was misreported.
