ARRESTDetails MapOn Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, at approximately 1637 hours, Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to the area of Woodland Drive for a motor vehicle accident. When the investigating officer arrived on scene he observed signs of impairment from the driver, a 54- year-old male, Franklin Matias- Rodriguez from Henryville. Through further investigation the officer determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance. Franklin was taken into custody to be fingerprinted and process. Charges for driving under the influence have been filed for this case.
